1. Shipping
We utilise both air and road freight via Australia Post and other reliable courier services to deliver your order. The courier selected for each order is based on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and speed, to ensure the best experience for you.
We ship Australia-wide, including to residential addresses, business locations, and PO Boxes.
In some cases, multi-item orders may be packed separately to optimise shipping rates. If so, items will still be dispatched at the same time.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Please note: Late deliveries caused by postal or courier delays are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
You will receive an Order Update email with tracking details once your order is packed and dispatched.
2. Shipping Insurance
For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is offered on all orders.

Costs $1.50 per order
Shipping insurance is optional. It is automatically selected at checkout but can be deselected by the customer before payment is finalised.
3. Reservations and Pickups
Customers located in Sydney can reserve products online and collect them in-store.
To reserve for pickup:

Select "Pickup" at checkout

Pay online with credit card or choose "Cash on Pickup"
Your order will be ready within 24 hours and you’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s available for collection.
Please bring either a printed copy of your receipt or your unique order number. Photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence) may be required for verification.
